"Fairfield University head men's lacrosse coach Andy Copelan announced that Chris Ajemian (Duxbury, Mass.), Jeff Cilente (Hillsborough, N.J.), Billy Honovich (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.), Matt Petre (Somers, N.Y.) and Gary Raniolo (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) have been selected as 2009 team captains.
"These five gentlemen have separated themselves as leaders during a critical time in this program's development," said Copelan. "I have complete confidence in the team's selections and look forward to watching this team improve throughout the year."
