The Fairfield baseball team lost its third straight game to the Peacocks yesterday, dropping the Stags to 6-16 overall and 4-5 in the MAAC.
Fairfield senior Ed Kamintzky threw a beauty, going eight strong and giving up only one run.
The offense struggled again, scratching out only five hits.
Fairfield takes the field again today at 3 p.m. against non-conference foe St. John’s.
