WHAT TO WATCH FOR
"O When the Saints, Come Marching In...": At 5-2 in conference play, the Saints are in fourth place in the MAAC. This Monday however, Siena played like it was the # 1 team, taking top-seeded Marist to overtime before falling, 75-84. The Saints will look to build off their strong play against Marist, so the Stags must stymie their momentum.
40 Minutes of Solid Play: In Fairfield’s last outing, it beat winless Iona in overtime. The Stags played well, but gave the Gaels too many opportunities to creep back into the game. Fairfield cannot afford to play catch up with Siena — a team in the top tier of the MAAC.
